The Mota Bistrot accompanies our guests throughout a day on the snow: the convenience and direct accessibility from the hotel to the slopes are ideal for a drink between descents or to recharge with one of the tasty options from our bistrot menu, such as the royal mallard thigh with crispy seeds, hay-infused potato puree, and wild garlic oil—a creation by our Chef Federico Maglio that is gaining great success.
For Après Ski enthusiasts, at the end of a day on the slopes, the go-to spot from late afternoon is always the bistrot, especially in the bar area overlooking Via Ostaria, which around that time starts to come alive. This is the moment not to be missed for enjoying an aperitif, perhaps a meticulously prepared gin and tonic by our top-shelf bartenders and bar ladies.
