Spring has invaded the kitchen of Mota Restaurant and Wine! Chef Federico Maglio's latest creations are a surprising journey of taste to dive into, accompanied by our passionate selection of artisanal wines.
The freshest ingredients typical of this beautiful season's beginning, such as asparagus, will be the protagonists on the menu but above all on the table, as in the first course proposal in the exclusive Spring Vibes menu at Mota: high-altitude potato gnocchi filled with "Blu 61" cheese, 360° asparagus, wild garlic.
