To celebrate this oenological richness, Mota Restaurant & Wine has prepared a new sensory journey for January 28 at 7:30 PM: "Slovenia on the Road."

Leading the Slovenia on the Road evening will be Alessandro Costa, a wine expert and deep connoisseur of these lands. The tasting will focus on the drinkable essence of Slovenia, with particular attention to the area bordering Italy—a region where political lines may shift over time, but the land remains authentic and diverse.
Alessandro Costa will be joined by Raffaele and Gaia, the passionate sommeliers of Mota Restaurant & Wine, who will present a selection of wines representing this fascinating region:
- Milic Vitovska 2022 – A white wine made from Vitovska grapes, known for its mineral notes and freshness.
- Rebula Nando 2021– Also known as Ribolla Gialla, this wine offers citrus aromas and vibrant acidity.
- Rencel Rosato 2022 – An elegant rosé with red fruit aromas and a pleasant structure.
- Klinec Malvasia 2019 – An aromatic white wine with floral and fruity notes, typical of the Malvasia variety.
- Klabjan Refosk 2021 – A bold red wine made from Refosco grapes, characterized by depth and complexity.
