As a first course, we will offer a gnocchetto made with potatoes, Moncenisio blue cheese, and asparagus in various consistencies. The elderflower and green apple sorbet will refresh your palate before indulging in the succulent veal fillet with larch pesto. The dessert will be an irresistible yogurt mousse. To conclude, the small pastry selection will offer a variety of dark chocolate and surprising flavors like coffee and red Vermouth.
