The Bistrot del Mota gets a new look for the summer season 2023! Our chefs have indeed developed a completely new menu designed specifically to be enjoyed in the most dynamic and informal environment of the Mota, in full bistro style, for an aperitif with friends or a level lunch break.
The biggest news is represented by "Condividiamo"? Real appetizers in disguise born and designed to be placed in the middle of the table and shared during an aperitif (it’s much better than chips and peanuts, isn’t it?) which are the ideal starter before enjoying a main course.
The first courses are dedicated to homemade pasta, from traditional pizzoccheri, strictly with garlic and serious butter, to maltagliati with Alpine beef ragù, up to more surprising proposals such as spaghettoni with shrimp “soppressa” or grilled donkey lasagna.
And if that's not enough, with the second courses you'll find plenty to sink your teeth into, from the classic hamburger to ribs, to octopus tentacles from the ocean. We're already getting hungry, in fact, we'll stop writing because the pizzoccheri are ready.
