To celebrate Easter 2025, the restaurant offers an exclusive menu rooted in tradition but distinguished by style, sophistication and creativity.

At €60 in the full menu option, it includes a welcome glass of wine and small gourmet surprises that will enrich the experience.


A surprising start
The starter conquers at first glance and bite: a refined guinea fowl egg, with white asparagus and truffle, a combination of character that plays between softness and intensity.

A first course that speaks of the land
Ravioli filled with goat's ricotta cheese, with spinach, wild pepper and a delicious marinated yolk, offer an enveloping and flavoursome combination, where the handmade pasta becomes a treasure trove of authentic, bold flavours.

The main course: undisputed protagonist
As a main course, a barbecue lamb, served with morels and chives, interprets Easter tradition with a smoky, woody twist, which wins over the palate with its aromatic intensity.

Dessert: simplicity and gluttony
Closing the meal is a fresh yet enveloping dessert: mango, caramel and pecans. A perfect balance of exotic sweetness, crunchiness and toasted notes.
