A story that tastes even better when shared: this is the spirit of “Morsi e Bocconi,” a selection of small plates made to be shared, perfect for an aperitif or light lunch after a panoramic hike or a stroll through Livigno’s shops.
From handmade lamb skewers served in three juicy bites, to the creamy Andria burrata enriched with Valtellina-style pesteda, to the crispy potato croquettes paired with alpine ketchup, each bite is a small surprise. Don’t miss the Cetara anchovies on whipped butter and crunchy bread—an elegant balance of saltiness and freshness.

Chef Maglio’s “Tutto il dì” menu features complete meals available all day long. From timeless mountain classics like sciatt and pizzoccheri, to more unexpected flavours such as river prawn-stuffed “bottoni” or yellowfin tuna tartare, to rich meat dishes like alpine beef stew and venison loin—every dish brings mountain comfort to the table.
